The LSR II flow cytometer is a multiparameter digital analyzer. It is equipped with FACS DIVA acquisition software. It can acquire and process events at a rate of over 20,000 events per second, with a minimum of electronic abortions.
Our platform is equipped with an LSRII with 2 lasers (Blue/488nm and Violet/405nm) and 7 fluorescence detectors.
Default configuration
The configuration below is the standard configuration. Numerous bandpass and longpass filters are available on the platform and can be exchanged for the acquisition of other fluorochromes.
