Our flow cytometry services

We offer a full range of services in multi-parametric flow cytometry, cell sorting and quantitative analysis of soluble proteins by multiplexing. Thanks to our equipment and expertise, you’ll be able to characterize and purify cell populations for fundamental and/or clinical research. Target applications range from cell phenotyping and cell cycle analysis to apoptosis and mitochondrial respiration.

The dedicated staff have extensive technological and scientific expertise in implementing projects from conception, through sample preparation, to data analysis, and provide the necessary services and training.

Provision of equipment / Supervision and support for data acquisition

We provide equipment and support for sample preparation (sample enrichment and isolation of populations of interest using magnetic sorters) and cytometric data acquisition (conventional and spectral cytometers). Access to the equipment is unrestricted, once users have been trained (in theory and practice) to use the instruments independently.

Cell sorting services

We provide cell sorting services for various biological samples (level I and II). All services must be requested in advance, so that we can discuss the research project and assess its feasibility and/or adopt the best sorting strategy depending on the cell type and target application.

Note: Immunolabeling for cell sorting must be performed by the client.

Panel design support

 

Thanks to a range of tools, we can help you set up multi-color panels for phenotypic analysis of various cell types. Don’t hesitate to contact us for assistance with this essential step in any flow cytometry analysis.

Datas analysis

Various data processing software packages (FlowJo, SpectroFlo, ModFit LT, etc.) are available on the platform. We can help you to get to grips with them and to process your cytometry data (supervised and unsupervised) in accordance with best practice.
