Its single 100\u00b5m nozzle enables sorting at speeds of 6000 events\/second in bulk or single cells. Population collection, limited to 2 lanes, is possible in 1.5 mL to 5 mL tubes or in plates.\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Index Sorting enables researchers to examine the complete phenotype of each sorted event in a plate, and to associate that event with all sorted and unsorted events.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Over 20 fluorochromes have predetermined compensation values. Compensation is automatically recalculated when detector parameters are adjusted, simplifying operation and saving time.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Our FACSMelody\u2122 is
