plateforme s&rsquo;est d\u00e9roul\u00e9e le 4 mars dernier \u00e0 l&rsquo;UFR des Sciences de Sant\u00e9.<\/p><p>Co-organis\u00e9e avec <strong>Cytek Biosciences,<\/strong> cette journ\u00e9e d\u00e9di\u00e9e \u00e0 la cytom\u00e9trie spectrale\u00a0a rencontr\u00e9 un franc succ\u00e8s avec pr\u00e8s de <strong>40 participants<\/strong> issus des UMR1231 et UMR1098.<\/p><p>Au programme :<br \/>\u2714 Rappel des <strong>r\u00e8gles de panel design<\/strong> et des bonnes pratiques d\u2019analyse avec l\u2019<strong>Aurora<\/strong><br \/>\u2714 Pr\u00e9sentation des <strong>avantages de la technologie spectrale<\/strong> :<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u27a1 Meilleure r\u00e9solution<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u27a1 Augmentation du nombre de marqueurs<br \/>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u27a1 Extraction de multiples autofluorescences dans des \u00e9chantillons complexes<\/p><p><strong>Emeric Limagne<\/strong> (UMR1231 \u2013 CGFL) a partag\u00e9 son retour d\u2019exp\u00e9rience sur le d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019un <strong>panel 42 couleurs<\/strong> pour l\u2019immunoph\u00e9notypage de tumeurs dans des mod\u00e8les murins.<\/p><p>Une r\u00e9flexion a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9e sur le d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019un <strong>core-panel<\/strong> pour les \u00e9quipes de l\u2019UMR1231.<\/p><p>Un grand merci \u00e0
